During October and November we babysat for three families for 4 out of 6 weeks in a row. (While their parents vacationed.) It was crazy busy being a stand in Mom for 4-5 kids, (plus Becca and the baby in the womb.) We had SO much fun though. Becca had a blast playing with all the kids, and it was cool to get an idea of how different families work and function. Right before Thanksgiving we came back home, and now normal life resumes!
We had a fabulous Thanksgiving.
Then we had a fun birthday fiesta for Dave and Haley on the 28th. We had YUMMY Mexican food, complete with fresh squeezed lime-aid.
Then we took a getaway to Midway for Dave's actual Birthday. Dave took a couple of days off work, and we had a blast sledding, eating yummy food, and relaxing. We enjoyed eating out with Jamie and Shane in Heber, and then we had a big dinner at Rodizio Grill when we came back to Salt Lake. By the way, Talia has the same coat as Becca. Fun! I wonder if Becca's is a bigger size though. Ha ha!
